How to Make Sheet-Pan Kielbasa With Cabbage and Beans

    1. Prepare and Roast Cabbage and Kielbasa

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Toss the Savoy cabbage wedges with extra-virgin olive oil, season with kosher salt and black pepper, and arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Add sliced smoked kielbasa to the baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until the cabbage is tender and charred at the edges, and the kielbasa is golden and crisp.

    2. Prepare White Bean Vinaigrette

In a medium bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, fresh dill, shallot, and Dijon mustard. Fold in the white beans until well coated. Let the beans marinate in the vinaigrette while the cabbage and kielbasa roast.

    3. Serve the Dish

After roasting, allow the cabbage and kielbasa to cool briefly. Serve hot with the white bean vinaigrette spooned over the top.
