How to Make Sheet-Pan Shrimp Scampi

    1. Broil Lemons and Wine

Brush lemon slices with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and pour dry white wine onto the baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from the heat until lemons are charred and wine is reduced by half, approximately 6 to 12 minutes.

    2. Prepare Shrimp Mixture

In a medium pot, melt butter and add shrimp, minced garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp is well-coated with the seasonings.

    3. Roast Shrimp with Lemons

Spread the seasoned shrimp over the baking sheet with the broiled lemons. Roast in the oven at 450 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.

    4. Finish and Serve

Toss the roasted shrimp and lemons with chopped parsley and basil, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve with additional lemon wedges if desired.
