How to Make Grilled Squid with Spicy, Garlicky White Beans and Vinegared Tomatoes

    1. Prepare and Grill Squid

In a large bowl, toss the cleaned squid bodies and tentacles with canola oil, a generous pinch of kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the squid for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until it's lightly charred. Once done, cut into rings or halves.

    2. Prepare Vinegared Tomatoes

Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes on a platter and drizzle with red wine vinegar.

    3. Assemble the Dish

Scatter the Spicy, Garlicky White Beans over the vinegared tomatoes on the platter. Then top with the grilled squid and drizzle with olive oil.
