How to Make Grilled Squid with Spicy, Garlicky White Beans and Vinegared Tomatoes

1. Prepare and Grill Squid

In a large bowl, toss the cleaned squid bodies and tentacles with canola oil, a generous pinch of kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the squid for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until it's lightly charred. Once done, cut into rings or halves.
