How to Make Flaky White Fish with Zesty Olive Butter

    1. Prepare Olive Butter Mixture

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter with the olive oil. Stir in the mixed olives, minced garlic, and crushed fennel seeds. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn the garlic.

    2. Bake the Fish

Lay the fish fillets in the skillet and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spoon the olive butter mixture over the fish. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8 to 13 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

    3. Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from the oven. Squeeze lime juice over the fish and spoon some of the olive butter sauce from the pan over the top. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and dill. Serve with additional lime wedges on the side.
