How to Make Broiled Shrimp with Tomato & Feta Relish

    1. Prep the Broiler

Turn on the broiler and position the oven rack near the heat source.

    2. Make the Shrimp Paste

Mash 1 garlic clove with 1 teaspoon of salt to form a paste. Mix in 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and a generous amount of black pepper.

    3. Season the Shrimp

Toss 1 1/2 pounds of peeled shrimp in the garlic-oregano paste until well coated.

    4. Broil the Shrimp

Spread the seasoned shrimp on a sheet pan and broil for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until they are pink and opaque.

    5. Serve with Toppings

Serve the shrimp hot, topped with chopped tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
