How to Make Aromatic Poached Fish Broth

    1. Combine Ingredients

Place the dry white wine, water, carrots, celery, onions, bay leaf, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, thyme sprigs, parsley stems, and salt into a large heavy pot.

    2. Bring to Boil

Place the pot on the stove over medium-high heat and bring it to a boil. Skim off any scum that rises to the surface with a spoon.

    3. Simmer

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer gently for about 45 minutes.

    4. Strain Broth

Strain the broth through a strainer to remove the solids, leaving you with a clear and flavorful liquid. Discard the solids.
