How to Make Herb-Infused Garlic Aioli

1. Blend Ingredients

In a food processor or blender, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, chives, pink salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Chill Mixture

Transfer the blended mixture into a sealed glass container and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
