How to Make Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

    1. Blend Ingredients

Place the quartered tomatillos, quartered garlic clove, roughly chopped green chiles, and roughly chopped cilantro into a blender jar or food processor. Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Pulse the mixture on low to blend into a coarse puree, adding additional pulses as needed to reach the desired consistency.

    2. Adjust Consistency and Seasoning

Pour the coarse puree into a serving dish. If the salsa is too thick, thin it with a bit more water until it reaches a spoonable consistency. Taste and adjust the salt as necessary.
