How to Make Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

    1. Prepare Ingredients

Husk and wash the tomatillos, removing any sticky residue. Quarter the tomatillos and garlic. Roughly chop the chiles and cilantro.

    2. Blend Ingredients

In a blender jar or food processor, combine the quartered tomatillos, garlic, chiles, and cilantro. Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Blend into a coarse puree.

    3. Adjust Consistency and Seasoning

Pour the salsa into a serving dish. If necessary, add a bit more water to thin it out to your preference. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt if needed.
