A quick and easy green salad with a tangy vinaigrette, perfect as a side dish or a light meal.
1. Dress the Greens
Place the mixed salad greens into a large salad bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
