How to Make Simple Green Salad

1. Dress the Greens

Place the mixed salad greens into a large salad bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

2. Toss the Salad

Add the grated or minced garlic and pour in the extra-virgin olive oil over the salad. Gently toss the salad to evenly coat the greens with the dressing.

3. Add Avocado

If using avocado, sprinkle it with a bit of salt and then add the cubed avocado to the salad. Toss gently to distribute the avocado chunks evenly throughout the salad.
