How to Make Arugula with Crispy Prosciutto, Lime Vinaigrette, and Feta

1. Cook the Prosciutto

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Lay the prosciutto slices in the skillet, cook each side for about 1 to 2 minutes until crispy, then set aside to cool.
