How to Make Zesty Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice

    1. Melt Butter

Melt the 2 tablespoons of salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. You'll know the butter is ready when it begins to froth, creating a perfect base for your cauliflower rice.

    2. Cook Cauliflower

Add the 4 cups of riced cauliflower to the skillet. Toss it in the melted butter, ensuring each grain is well-coated. Cook the cauliflower for about 5 to 7 minutes. During this time, the butter will help the cauliflower brown slightly, enhancing its flavor. You'll know it's done when the cauliflower is crisp-tender and just beginning to brown.

    3. Add Cilantro and Lime

Once the cauliflower is cooked to perfection, remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed to suit your preference.
