How to Make Savory Brie and Mushroom Quiche

    1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 325°F to ensure it's ready when you are.

    2. Sauté Mushrooms

In a large sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.

    3. Prepare Pie Crust

Take your par-baked Savory Pie Crust and spoon the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the bottom.

    4. Mix Egg Mixture

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, the remaining ½ teaspoon of salt, and black pepper until well combined. Pour this egg mixture over the mushrooms in the pie crust, ensuring an even distribution.

    5. Add Brie Cheese

Arrange the thin slices of Brie cheese on top of the egg mixture.

    6. Bake Quiche

Place the quiche in your preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The quiche is done when the center is just set but still slightly jiggly, and the edges are lightly browned.

    7. Cool and Serve

Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before serving to allow it to firm up slightly.
