How to Make Sesame-Glazed Pork Strips with Crisp Green Beans

1. Prepare Pork Chops

Pat the pork chops dry using a paper towel on a cutting board. Slice the pork chops into thin strips. Season the strips with a pinch of pink salt and some freshly ground black pepper.

2. Cook Pork Strips

Heat one tablespoon of toasted sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the seasoned pork strips to the pan. Cook them for about seven minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

3. Prepare Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce.

4. Combine Pork and Sauce

Once the pork strips are cooked, pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, making sure to coat the pork pieces evenly. Immediately after, add one cup of fresh green beans to the pan. Cook everything together for an additional three to five minutes.

5. Serve

Serve the pork and green beans in two wide, shallow bowls, making sure to drizzle any extra sauce from the skillet over the top.
