How to Make Kinda-Sweet Granola with Coconut and Turmeric

    1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, egg whites, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, millet, maple syrup, coconut oil, turmeric, cinnamon, and kosher salt. Toss until they are moist and begin to clump slightly.

    3. Bake the Granola

Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even browning and to prevent burning.

    4. Cool and Store

Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet. Break up any large clumps to your preferred size and store in airtight containers at room temperature.
