How to Make Greens & Feta Phyllo Pie

    1. Prepare the Oven and Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.

    2. Cook the Greens

Stir in the mixed greens and cook until wilted and tender. Transfer to a large bowl.

    3. Make the Filling

Combine the cooked greens with crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, and mint. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Prepare the Phyllo Dough

Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough, brush it lightly with olive oil or melted butter, and repeat the process with the remaining sheets, layering them on top of each other.

    5. Assemble the Pie

Spread the greens and feta mixture over the phyllo layers. Roll the phyllo into a log and tuck in the edges. Place on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil or butter.

    6. Bake the Pie

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Let cool slightly before serving.
