How to Make Classic Mediterranean Greek Salad

    1. Salad Assembly

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato wedges, chopped cucumber, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives. Sprinkle the dried oregano over the vegetables.

    2. Dress & Serve

Gently toss the salad with the chunks of feta cheese and drizzle with the Greek extra virgin olive oil to coat the ingredients evenly. Perform a light seasoning to taste, bearing in mind the olives and feta bring their own saltiness to the dish.
