1. Blend Ingredients
Gather your coconut cream (or chosen alternative), sweetener, and cocoa powder. Place these ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth, lump-free mixture.
2. Fill Molds
Carefully pour the mixture into your ice pop molds, filling them almost to the top. As you do this, drop a few sugar-free chocolate chips into each mold.
3. Freeze Popsicles
Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until they are completely solid.
Use a high-speed blender to ensure all the ingredients are completely smooth and well-integrated. Any lumps can affect the texture of your popsicles.
