Artichokes, steamed and halved

Preserved Lemon Labne, for serving

1. Prepare and Grill Artichokes
Take your steamed artichokes and halve them using a sharp knife. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Brush each artichoke half with olive oil and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place them on the grill for about 4 minutes on each side, until charred.
2. Serve with Preserved Lemon Yogurt
Once the artichokes are charred, remove them from the grill. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve alongside a generous dollop of preserved lemon labne. Garnish with coarsely chopped mint for a fresh finish.
