How to Make Strawberry-Lime Bliss Pops

1. Prepare Ingredients and Equipment

Begin by gathering all your ingredients and equipment, including a food processor or blender and ice pop molds.

2. Blend Base Ingredients

In the food processor or blender, combine the coconut cream, sweetener, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend these ingredients until you have a smooth, well-mixed base.

3. Add Strawberries

Add the hulled and sliced strawberries to the mixture. Pulse the blender a few times, just enough to incorporate the strawberries while still retaining some of their texture.

4. Pour into Molds and Freeze

Pour the mixture evenly into the ice pop molds. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least 2 hours.

5. Enjoy

When the pops are fully frozen and firm to the touch, they are ready to enjoy.

Variations

Watermelon-Mint Pops

Use fresh watermelon (seedless) instead of strawberries, and add a handful of mint leaves. Opt for lemon or lime juice, and consider adding a touch of sparkling water for a subtle fizz.

Berry Medley Pops

Combine mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries) for a complex berry flavor, and use either lemon or lime juice.

Piña Colada Pops

Mix crushed pineapple in place of strawberries, keep the lime juice, and add coconut milk. For an adult version, a splash of rum is optional.

Blueberry-Lemon Yogurt Pops

Substitute strawberries with blueberries, use lemon juice instead of lime, and add Greek yogurt to the blend for a creamy texture. You might want to use less water or omit it entirely depending on the yogurt's thickness.

Herbal Infusion

Add a touch of sophistication by infusing the sugar syrup with fresh basil or mint. The subtle herbaceous notes will complement the strawberry and lime beautifully.
