How to Make Max’s Arctic Char with Egg Lemon Dragon Sauce

    1. Prepare and Bake the Fish

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, place the Arctic char fillets on it, and coat with melted butter. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, until just cooked through.

    2. Make the Sauce

While the fish is baking, combine the remaining melted butter with the diced hard-cooked egg, chopped fresh tarragon, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

    3. Serve the Dish

Transfer the baked fillets to a serving platter and pour the egg lemon dragon sauce over the hot fish. Serve immediately.
