How to Make Fish in Breadcrumbs

1. Season the Fillets

Season the 4 sole fillets with salt and pepper.

2. Prepare Egg Wash

In a bowl, beat together one egg and a tablespoon of water until well combined.

3. Breading Setup

Spread out 2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate. Pat each fillet lightly in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
