How to Make Savory & Crunchy Classic Egg Salad

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Make sure your eggs are hard-cooked and completely cooled. Once ready, peel and dice them into medium-sized pieces.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the diced eggs, ¼ cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon of minced fresh parsley, and ½ a rib of minced celery.
