How to Make Homemade Green Goddess Dressing

1. Blend Base Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, parsley leaves, basil leaves, and lemon juice. Blend until the dressing reaches a smooth, even green hue.

2. Stir in Herbs and Season

Transfer the blended mixture into a jar with a lid. Stir in the finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves and minced chives. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Shake well to combine all the flavors.
