This balsamic vinaigrette is a beautifully emulsified dressing, combining the rich, tangy flavor of balsamic vinegar with the creamy sharpness of Dijon mustard and a hint of garlic. Perfect for drizzling over fresh greens or as a marinade for vegetables and proteins, this vinaigrette is versatile and elevates any dish it accompanies.
