How to Make Chocolate & Sea Salt Macadamia Energy Bites

    1. Melt Coconut Oil

Begin by gently melting the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. This ensures the oil liquefies evenly without overheating.

    2. Mix Ingredients

Once the coconut oil has melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Immediately whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder, confectioner's erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisking off the heat ensures a smooth, glossy, and lump-free mixture.

    3. Add Macadamia Nuts

Stir in the chopped macadamia nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.

    4. Fill Molds

Spoon the mixture carefully into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners, filling each one evenly. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes on top of each filled mold.

    5. Set in Freezer

Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least 30 minutes. Once set, remove the bites from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh.
