How to Make Frosted Pomegranate-Lime Gimlet

1. Chill Glasses

Place your martini glasses in the freezer for at least an hour. This step is crucial because a well-chilled glass keeps your drink colder for longer, enhancing your overall experience. You'll know the glasses are ready when the exterior looks frosted.

2. Mix Ingredients

Gather a large pitcher and combine the gin, pomegranate juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir this mixture well to ensure all the flavors meld together beautifully.

3. Shake Mixture

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour the drink mixture into the shaker until it is three-quarters full. Shake the mixture thoroughly for 15 seconds. You'll know you've shaken it enough when the shaker itself becomes frosty to the touch.

4. Serve and Garnish

Retrieve your pre-chilled glasses from the freezer and carefully pour the frosty pomegranate-lime gimlet mixture into each one. Garnish each drink with a few pomegranate seeds and add a lime slice to the rim.
