How to Make Velvety Chocolate & Sour Cream Fudge Sauce

1. Combine Ingredients in Saucepan

Start by gathering a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan. Into this saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, unsalted butter, dark chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, water, and a tiny pinch of kosher salt.

2. Heat and Simmer

Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Cool and Add Sour Cream

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool briefly. Once slightly cooled, whisk in the sour cream until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
