1. Combine Ingredients in Saucepan
Start by gathering a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan. Into this saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, unsalted butter, dark chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, water, and a tiny pinch of kosher salt.
2. Heat and Simmer
