How to Make Ultimate Triple Chocolate Bliss Brownies

1. Oven Setup

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan by spraying with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Create a sling by folding two 12-inch pieces of foil lengthwise to 7 inches wide. Fit one sheet into the pan, pressing into the corners and up the sides; leave an overhang for easy removal. Place a second sheet perpendicular to the first and spray with cooking spray.

2. Chocolate Melting

Melt the semisweet/bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, and butter in a medium heatproof bowl over a pan of nearly simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth. Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth and allow to cool slightly.

3. Egg Mixture

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined (about 15 seconds).

4. Combine and Bake

Whisk the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Then fold in the flour with a wooden spoon until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing it into the corners and leveling the surface with a rubber spatula. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is slightly puffed and a toothpick comes out with a few sticky crumbs attached. Let the brownies cool to room temperature on a wire rack for about 2 hours. Use the foil sling to lift them out of the pan.

5. Serving

Cut into 1-inch squares when ready to serve. Avoid cutting before serving to maintain freshness.
