1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Coat a baking dish with the melted ghee.
2. Season Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with pink salt, freshly ground black pepper, and dried Italian seasoning. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
3. Prepare Garlic Butter
Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the garlic is very lightly browned. Pour the butter-garlic mixture over the chicken breasts.
4. Roast Chicken
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Finish and Serve
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Divide the chicken onto plates and spoon the remaining butter sauce from the baking dish over the top.
