A delicious twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich with the addition of mango chutney and sharp white Cheddar cheese.

Mango Chutney

Extra-Sharp White Cheddar, grated

1. Prepare Bread with Butter
Take 6 slices of the bakery white bread and generously brush one side of each slice with the melted butter.
2. Add Chutney
Spread about 1½ tablespoons of the mango chutney on the unbuttered side of each buttered slice.
3. Add Cheddar
Sprinkle ½ cup of the grated extra-sharp Cheddar over the chutney on each slice.
4. Assemble Sandwich
Place the remaining 6 slices of bread on top of each prepared slice to create a sandwich. Brush the tops with more melted butter.
5. Grill Sandwiches
Grill the sandwiches in a panini press or in a sauté pan over medium heat until the bread is browned and the Cheddar has melted.
6. Serve
Transfer the grilled sandwiches to a cutting board, cut each one diagonally in half, and serve hot.
