How to Make Spiced Roasted Cauliflower with Feta and Garlic

    1. Prepare and Season Cauliflower

Preheat the oven. Cut the cauliflower into slices and place them on a rimmed baking sheet along with the smashed garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with fennel seeds, ground turmeric, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.

    2. Roast Cauliflower

Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, then flip the cauliflower steaks and stir the smaller pieces. Return to the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes.

    3. Garnish and Serve

Remove the roasted cauliflower and garlic from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Crumble the feta cheese over the warm cauliflower and sprinkle with chopped parsley and fresh herbs. Finish with a final drizzle of olive oil.
