How to Make Overnight Muesli

1. Combine Ingredients

Combine the rolled oats, chopped Medjool dates, cashew pieces, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, nondairy milk, and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir together until well mixed.

2. Soak Muesli

Cover the bowl with a lid and let it sit for 20 minutes. After the initial soak, stir again to ensure even distribution of chia seeds, then refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors.

3. Serve Muesli

In the morning, stir the muesli to check consistency. Add more nondairy milk if needed for a thinner texture. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional maple syrup if desired. Serve the muesli in bowls.
