    How to Make Nourishing Muesli

    1. Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chopped medjool dates, cashew pieces, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, nondairy milk, and maple syrup. Mix everything together well to ensure the flavors meld and the oats and chia seeds begin to absorb the liquid.

    2. Soak Overnight

Cover the bowl and let the mixture soak overnight in the refrigerator. This allows the oats and chia seeds to become creamy and easier to digest.

    3. Adjust Consistency and Sweetness

In the morning, check the consistency of your muesli. If it seems too thick or dry, stir in a bit more nondairy milk to reach your desired consistency. Adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if needed.

    4. Serve and Enjoy

Once everything is mixed to your liking, your muesli is ready to serve. Enjoy it immediately, savoring the blend of flavors and the nourishing start to your day.
