    How to Make Yorkshire Pudding

    1. Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking.

    2. Prepare Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs, ¾ cup of whole milk, ¾ cup of all-purpose flour, and ¾ teaspoon of kosher salt until smooth and lump-free. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

    3. Heat Fat

Add about ¼ cup of beef fat to a 12-cup muffin tin and place it in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes until the fat is sizzling.

    4. Bake Puddings

Pour the rested batter into the muffin tin cups filled halfway with hot fat and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
