How to Make Sunflower Seed Grain-Free Loaf

1. Preheat Oven and Grease Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with a bit of coconut oil.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, sea salt, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly so that everything is evenly distributed.

3. Add Wet Ingredients

Add the water, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry mixture. Stir well until it forms a thick, cohesive batter.

4. Transfer to Pan

Transfer the mixture into the greased loaf pan, pressing it down firmly with the back of a spoon.

5. Bake the Loaf

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour, until the loaf has a firm crust and a golden-brown color.

6. Cool the Loaf

Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then take it out of the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
