How to Make Sparkling Shortbread Cookies

2. Add Egg Yolks

Introduce the egg yolks into the butter mixture, combining them lightly.

3. Incorporate Flour

Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour on low speed until just incorporated.

4. Chill the Dough

Shape the dough into logs, wrap them in parchment paper, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.

5. Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
