How to Make Ham and Parmesan Butter Baguette

1. Prepare the Parmesan Butter

In a small bowl, blend the room temperature butter with the finely grated Parmesan cheese, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and grated lemon zest until smooth and creamy.

2. Spread the Butter

Generously spread the Parmesan butter mixture over both cut sides of the halved baguette.

3. Add the Ham

Layer the thinly sliced unsmoked ham evenly over one half of the baguette, then place the other half on top to complete the sandwich.

4. Serve

Cut the assembled baguette into six equal portions and serve immediately.
