How to Make Krab Avocado & Grapefruit Salad

1. Prepare Grapefruits

Use a sharp knife to cut off the ends of the grapefruits, then carefully peel away the skin and remove all the white pith. Once peeled, segment the grapefruits over a bowl to catch any juices that escape.

2. Extract Grapefruit Juice

Take the leftover grapefruit pulp and gently squeeze it over a small bowl until you have about 3 tablespoons of juice. Reserve ¼ cup of this juice for your dressing.

3. Assemble the Salad

Neatly arrange the krab chunks, grapefruit segments, and avocado pieces on individual plates or a large platter.

4. Prepare Dressing

Drizzle the reserved grapefruit juice and the extra-virgin olive oil over the arranged ingredients.

5. Season and Serve

Sprinkle the minced chives over the salad, and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
