1. Season the Peaches
Place the peach or nectarine pieces in a small bowl. Season them lightly with a pinch of salt, then squeeze the juice from half of the lemon over the fruit.
2. Prepare the Avocados
Carefully slice the avocados widthwise and arrange the slices on a platter, fanning them out. Drizzle the remaining lemon juice over the avocado slices and sprinkle with a little salt.
3. Combine the Dressing
Combine the schug with the neutral oil in a small bowl, mixing well.
4. Assemble the Salad
Spoon the schug and oil mixture over the seasoned peaches and avocados, then drizzle with olive oil.
