How to Make Savory-Sweet Teriyaki Glaze

1. Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut aminos, water, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ginger powder, and hot sauce. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.

2. Simmer

Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.

3. Thicken Glaze

After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the powdered erythritol sweetener and xanthan gum to the mixture. Whisk them in thoroughly to avoid any lumps.

4. Cool and Store

Once the glaze has thickened, you can use it immediately or let it cool completely before storing it in an airtight container. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
