1. Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the labneh, finely chopped Persian cucumbers, quartered seedless green grapes, chopped shallots, mint leaves, dill, and grated garlic until well incorporated.
2. Adjust Acidity
Taste the mixture and adjust the acidity by adding 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Mix and taste again, adding more lemon juice if needed to reach the desired level of tanginess.
3. Season with Salt
