1. Combine Ingredients
Gather your feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and minced garlic. Place them into the bowl of a food processor, a blender jar, or a tall and narrow vessel suitable for an immersion blender. Blend these ingredients until you achieve a creamy, uniform texture. Scrape down the sides if needed and continue blending.
2. Add Olive Oil
Drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil and blend again until the olive oil is fully incorporated. Optionally, pass the spread through a fine-mesh strainer for an even smoother texture.
3. Season Dip
Taste your dip and season it with kosher salt. Add freshly ground black pepper if desired. Stir well to make sure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
