How to Make Spaghetti with White Truffles

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the kosher salt and spaghetti and cook until al dente. Reserve about 2/3 cup of the pasta water before draining.

2. Make Butter Sauce

In a large pot, whisk together the reserved pasta water and cold unsalted butter over medium heat until it forms a creamy sauce.

3. Toss Spaghetti with Sauce

Add the cooked spaghetti to the butter sauce and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning if needed.

4. Serve with Truffles

Divide the spaghetti into serving bowls and shave fresh white truffles over each portion to serve.
