Dark Brown Sugar
tablespoons
tablespoons
Lemon Zest, from about 1 lemon

Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped

1. Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, dark brown sugar, soy sauce, and lemon zest. Mix well to create the marinade.
2. Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
3. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
4. Bake the Salmon
Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the top with finely chopped parsley. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the herb-infused lemon salmon while warm.
