How to Make Creamy Rouille Sauce

1. Blend Ingredients

In a mini food processor or blender, combine the mayonnaise, chopped hot pepper, panko bread crumbs, lemon juice, and crushed garlic. Blend until the mixture is thick and smooth to create a rich and cohesive sauce.

2. Season and Chill

Transfer the pureed mixture into a small bowl using a spatula. Season with kosher salt to taste. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
