    How to Make Creamy Homemade Mayonnaise

    1. Prepare Base Mix

    Place the large egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and a pinch of white pepper into your food processor. Blend these ingredients for about 10 seconds until they are well combined.

    3. Scrape and Blend

    4. Adjust Seasoning

    Taste the mayonnaise and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add a bit more salt or white pepper to suit your preference. Give it one last quick blend to mix in any additional seasoning.

    5. Store and Use
