    How to Make Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

    1. Prepare the Cucumber

Peel a medium cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and then cut it into thin half-moon shapes. Place these slices into a medium-sized bowl and sprinkle them with a pinch of salt. Let the salted cucumber sit for about 10 minutes.

    2. Drain the Cucumber

After 10 minutes, drain off the excess liquid from the bowl to ensure the sauce has the perfect consistency.

    3. Combine Ingredients

Stir in ¾ cup of whole-milk yogurt, one small garlic clove pounded to a purée, a tablespoon of olive oil, and the chiffonade of two mint sprigs. Mix everything together until well combined.
