1. Toast the Bagels
Start by toasting two bagels in a toaster oven or a regular oven set to 500°F. Keep a close eye on them and remove them when they turn a pale golden color.
2. Add Cheese and Melt
Once the bagels are done, place slices or a spread of horseradish Cheddar cheese on the warm bagels and return them to the oven just until the cheese starts to melt.
