How to Make Slow Salmon with Citrus and Herb Salad

1. Preheat and Season

Start by preheating your oven to 300°F. Season the salmon generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Arrange in Baking Dish

Arrange the salmon in a large baking dish, and tuck the thin slices of lemon and blood orange around it, along with the sprigs of your chosen herbs.

3. Drizzle Olive Oil

Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon, citrus, and herbs. Place the dish in the preheated oven and let the salmon bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

4. Prepare Herb Salad

While the salmon is baking, prepare the herb salad by combining the fresh mixed herbs with a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Season with a pinch of flaky sea salt.

5. Serve

Once the salmon is done, serve it alongside the vibrant herb salad.
